Mark Reichard
 
Mark Reichard
President and CEO
Mark drives our growth and sets the long term vision and strategy for the company. With more than 29 years of experience supplying specialty chemicals and packaging, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our organization. In addition, Mark maintains responsibility for several strategic customers and plays an integral role with principal partnerships. As former Chairman of the Ohio Paint Council and President of the CPCA, he’s committed to the development of our industries and fosters relationships with our community.  Mark earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

In addition to his role as our headquarter territory Sales Manager, Mark is a catalyst for growth throughout our organization. Working closely with several principals, Mark spearheads the acquisition, development and commercialization of new revenue streams. With more than 28 years of experience at Maroon Group, Mark has a penchant for Creating Customer Success. Mark maintains account responsibility with several national clients.  Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Miami University. 

 

Howard Hubert

Hubert has a long successful track record in the industrial gas distribution industry where his leadership and focus moved multiple organizations to new levels of growth and excellence. Prior to joining Maroon Group, Hubert was Senior Vice President of the Packaged Gas Division for Matheson-Trigas, which specializes in industrial and specialty gas distribution. He has held leadership positions at Valley National Gases and Linde. Hubert’s background is in sales and marketing, commercial development, and business leadership of bulk and packaged industrial and specialty gases.



Mike McKenna

Mike is responsible for enabling operational excellence across the company and ensuring the infrastructure is in place for future growth. As the leader of Maroon’s Operations and Marketing groups, Mike helps to enable Maroon’s vision and strategy, and drives the branding of the organization. As a key member of Maroon’s merger and acquisition team, Mike is actively involved in all stages from identification through integration of the companies into Maroon Group. Mike joined Maroon in 2004 as Business Development Manager and has held various roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Principal Management throughout a 20+ year career in specialty chemical manufacturing and distribution.

Brian Wilson, CFA, CMA, has financial expertise with multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 and private-equity owned companies and will transport Maroon Group to new levels of success through organic growth as well as mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Maroon Group, Brian held the position of Treasurer and Director of Financial Reporting at The Kenan Advantage Group (formerly DistTech, Inc.), a private-equity owned bulk transportation and logistics provider with $1.5 billion in sales. Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in economics, from Southern Illinois University, and an MBA in international business and finance from the University of Miami.
